The org chart

An agent organization structured as a company, for Claude Code and for ChatGPT. Every department installs independently. Search across every skill, or open a department to see what it holds.

Using this

Sixteen departments, each an independently installable plugin. Install the ones you need — a smaller set triggers more sharply than all of them at once.

The install lines below are Claude Code's. The same repository installs in ChatGPT and Codex from the same skills — only the manifests differ, and both sets are generated from this tree, so a fix reaches both at once.

1 · Add the marketplace
/plugin marketplace add cbrock84/headcount
2 · Install a department
/plugin install security@headcount

Every card below carries its own install line — click one to copy it.

3 · Ask

Skills load themselves when a request matches. Name one directly — /finance:cost-accounting — when you want a specific lens instead.

Skills marked n sources check against outside authorities

A skill states what a competent practitioner knows. It cannot state what the regulator published last month. So skills answering a question an outside authority settles carry a list of those authorities — the regulator, the standards body, the primary law — which the agent reads while it is answering rather than recalling.

Every entry records what you may do with it, which matters more than it sounds: most of what a professional must cite is not open. ISO standards are sold, SANS papers are copyrighted, the FASB Codification needs an account — while US federal works are public domain by statute. The catalog says which, in the imperative, next to the link. See the full index.

Chief Executiveexecutive
Reviewer-class — reports to the chief executive

Security and Legal & Risk review what the other departments commit to, and their blocking findings are not overrulable by the department under review. That is why they report to the chief executive rather than into the function they oversee.

No skill or department matches that.
